I read somewhere about a statue of Cthulhu (probably in Call Of...) was supposed to resemble a man, only not really. I thought you did a good job with that.
Besides, Terry Pratchett.

Maybe the gaming gods will eventually see fit to bless me with a computer capable of playing...
In the mean time I'll just drool in envy.
Good works.

*your.. ^^;

But yeah of course, the portrait of a bike in atypical fashion. Not a close up with big metal parts and exaggerated perspective, etc, but a pull back showing the power that this tiny speck of a bike can drudge up. I'm glad someone actually analyzed one of my pictures... thank you!

I was thinking more along the lines of power. You could draw a bike going fast, and focus on the bike, or you could focus on the bike's wake, the plume of dust behind it. The result is, of course, that the bike becomes a speck on the paper, but then again you paint a much better picture of the bike its self.

As for the name. I may or may not have been humming that song at the time. I can't remember (though to be honest I've never made that connection before, maybe).

~TheOneWithout-a-Gun:iconTheOneWithout-a-Gun: Apr 28, 2008, 1:48:04 PM
why of course!

it's from a classic 80's song called You Spin Me Right Round by Boy George and you're name reminded me of it. :)

I'm glad you liked it, because as you said the focus was on the smoke plumes and not the actual biker or bike... a kind of focus on the not focused on.

The piece was cool, focusing on the wake of the bike rather than the bike its self. So of course I loved it. But may I inquire as to the meaning of your lyrics?
